Does anyone know what has happened to Jim Ward? He is no en casa. Mama is not mentioning his name in the beginning or the end of the show these last two days. On top of that, Jim's stand up news bits are being phoned in. This is giving me the heebie jeebies. Does anyone know what's up? I was worried that the inclusion of Hal Sparks, John Fugelsang and Lee Papa weekly didn't mean Jim was phasing out, but now I'm getting a bad feeling. Someone please tell me this isn't the end of our beloved mook on SMS.

  • I think Jim just got sick of getting up at the crack of insane o'clock & threw his Emmy weight around. Or cried, pleaded, whined, snored during the show, offered to have sex with her...

  • Okay, I heard Steph say Wednesday he was taking care of other business. Of course she didn't have to tear us a new one over it. She could have just told us what was going on in the first place. Or maybe it was some vendetta against Jim. His tile ad didn't appear on those days either. Really glad he's back. But since I'm a mere podcast listener, I won't hear Jim until after 10:00 today. Mama thinks we are all listening to her, but it's really Jim Ward I'm listening to.

  • Yea! The Voice Deity Returns!!


    I was so happy to hear Jim's voice again this morning. As I guessed, he was off doing something else that surely pays more than the Stephanie Miller Newscast International.

  • No idea, but was catching up on the podcasts, and I started to wonder the same thing.  Don't keep us in the dark, eh?
