The following is the text of a complaint I filed with the FCC regarding Clear Channel Communications in Columbus, OH...not that I actually expect anything to come of it.

Clear Channel consistently fails to provide a balanced view in its talk radio programming, offering only "right wing" talk programming. These broadcasts include those from Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and others sharing a similar view point. Totally lacking are any progressive voices from individuals like Ed Schultz, Rachael Maddow and Stephanie Miller, to name a few.

The result of this is the unchallenged dissemination of misinformation and disinformation on the state of affairs in this country, which can only be answered by voices in opposition to this right-biased media, never mind that the progressive broadcast personalities tend to draw better ratings in the few markets where they actually compete head to head with the right leaning radio personalities.

Clear Channel must either provide an outlet for progressive programming or divest itself of stations by selling to those who will use the PUBLIC air waves to provide an alternative to right wing disinformation.
